Concern About Safety of the Under-Regulated Pedicab Industry
TLPA is becoming increasingly concerned with the safety of the under-regulated pedicab industry. In recent months, there have been two devastating accidents, including one fatality, caused by alleged unsafe driver operations, one in New York City and one in San Diego.
