Exhibitor Prospectus/Floor Plan

To exhibit, simply mail, fax or mail the exhibit contract with full payment on a credit card or on a check payable in U.S. currency and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Remember, TLPA will not reserve space without a signed contract and full payment and space is assigned according to a priority rating system.


General Exhibiting Information

Tabletop Displays cost and package: The fee for tabletop displays is $1,000 for 2011 Associate Members. Each tabletop display include one (1) 6'x30 table covered in black floor length velvet cover and one (1) chair, one (1) complimentary registration and the right to solicit operators who attend the conference.

Tabletop Display Restrictions: Please remember this show is intended for tabletop displays and you are only contracting for the top of the table. Your tabletop display must fit on top of the table, nothing may touch the floor, stick out above or beyond the table area. To ensure that visibility is equal among all of our exhibitors your tabletop display cannot exceed 6 feet (3’ from the top of table.) Also refer to #5 of the Conditions of Exhibitor’s Rental Agreement.

Floor Displays cost and package: The fee for a floor display (10' x 5') is $1,300 for 2011 Associate Members. Each floor display will include one (1) 6'x30 table covered in black floor length velvet cover and one (1) chair, one (1) complimentary registration and the right to solicit operators who attend the conference.

Floor Display Restrictions: We do recognize that some of our exhibitors require additional space. If you want to use your exhibit back wall display that stands on the floor you may do so ONLY in floor display spaces that are noted with a letter (see floor plan) as long as you do not extend out into the room more than 5' from the wall (including your display wall, table and chairs.) To ensure that visibility is equal among all of our exhibitors your floor display cannot exceed 8 feet. Also refer to #5 of the Conditions of Exhibitor’s Rental Agreement.

Security and decorator will not be provided. **

Electricity & Internet: Exhibitors are responsible for providing and arranging their own electrical and internet services. These services are available from the Hyatt Regency Chicago and need to be ordered directly if required. Costs are: 20 Amp Circuit $135.00; Power Strips $40.00; Internet Line $175.00; Wireless Access $125.00. Hyatt Regency service order and credit card authorization forms in addition to shipping information will be sent via email with the counter-signed copy of your exhibit contract.

Non-Member Surcharge
Any vendor that has not paid its 2011 Associate Member dues to TLPA at the time of contracting for exhibit space is required to pay a $500 surcharge to exhibit. If you are unsure whether your company is a current member, please contact Ayesha Plaskett, aplaskett@tlpa.org.
