Exhibit Prospectus

This is what you've been waiting for ... TLPA's exhibit promotion for the Spring Conference & Exposition. The show will be held at the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel in (what will be this May) warm and sunny Baltimore. The great location coupled with the $185 room rate will make this TLPA's best spring conference ever.

Contract for a tabletop display or a floor display today. Any space can be a tabletop or floor display provided we don't have requests for more than three floor displays in any one section of the floor.

Tabletop displays — $700 for Associate Members and $1200 for non-members. Exhibitors receive a 6' x 2.5' table with tablecloth, two chairs, one complimentary registration and the right to solicit operators who attend the conference. Please remember with a tabletop display, you are contracting for the top of the table. Your display must fit on the table with storage under the table -no part of the display may touch the walls, floor or stick out beyond the table area.

Floor displays — $1000 for Associate Members and $1500 for non-members. Exhibitors receive a 6' x 2.5 table with tablecloth, two chairs, one complimentary registration and the right to solicit operators who attend the conference. A floor display is no more than 9' wide and 5' deep.

Electrical — The location of the 12 110v electrical outlets (totaling 24 receptacles) are drawn on the floor plan. Electricity will be free of charge provided that you only need one 110v receptacle (one plug) and will bring your own extension card to reach the receptacle. Each outlet will share a 20amp circuit.

If electrical is requested on the contract, an electrical outlet will be assigned to you when your display space is confirmed. If you have more extensive electrical needs, please contact the TLPA.

Registration — A registration form is attached for your use. Exhibiting companies are entitled to one complimentary registration per display space. Please use this form for your complimentary registrant as well as any subsequent registrants.

Sponsorship — Please consider sponsoring an event at the Spring Conference. You will receive company recognition in the promotions and in the conference program and many more benefits outlined on the benefits form attached. Plus you will bring your company one step closer to being on the List of Top 10 Supporting Vendors who will be prominently promoted in the Buyers' Guide issue of the magazine.

The contract, rental agreement, floor plan, exhibitor registration form, sponsorship form, sponsorship benefits and agenda follow. Please select your display space and return your contract to the TLPA. An effort will be made to keep direct competitors from having displays immediately next to one another.
