TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES
Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to Bermuda Government tax of 7.25%, daily per person gratuities of $10.00/$13.00/$22.00 for Fairmont or Deluxe rooms, $10.55/$13.55/$22.85 for suites, $11.55/$14.85/$23.85 for Fairmont Gold Rooms, $12.55/$15.85/$24.85 for Fairmont Gold Suites, $42.00/$45.30/$54.30 for Penthouses* and $78.50/$81.80/$90.80 for the Harbour Suite** as well as a resort levy of $7.00 per person per day. Tax, gratuities and resort levy are subject to change without notice.
*Based upon single occupancy. Additional occupants at $11.00 per person per day.

ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS:
A third adult sharing is an additional $30.00 per night on the European Plan (EP) and must pay daily gratuities of $9.55/$12.85/$21.85 for Fairmont or Deluxe rooms, $10.55/$13.55/$22.85 for suites, $11.55/$14.85/$23.85 for Fairmont Gold Rooms, $12.55/$15.85/$24.85 for Fairmont Gold Suites and the daily resort levy of $6.00 per person. The room rate is subject to a 7.25% Government tax. Children 18 years and under sharing their parents accommodation are complimentary, however they are subject to daily gratuities and the daily resort levy. Children under 5 years of age are not subject to pay the resort levy but are subjected to daily gratuity.
