It's Easy to Reserve Your Display Space for TLPA's Trade Show

Click here for the Exhibitor Prospectus which includes the specifications & fees, the floor plan, the exhibit rental agreement, the contract to exhibit and a list of recent exhibitors.

To exhibit, simply fax the exhibit contract with full payment on a credit card or mail the contract to with full payment on a check payable in U.S. currency and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Don't forget to email your 15-word caption to jabreu@tlpa.org when you submit a contract to exhibit!

Remember, you cannot reserve a space without returning a signed contract with full payment.

Events in the Exhibit Hall
The Trade Show will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the JW Marriott at L.A. Live. To make the most of the show, the TLPA offers 10.5 hours of non-compete exhibit hall open hours. The Grand Opening Cocktail Reception will take place in the exhibit hall on October 28, from 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.. On October 29 the exhibit hall will be open from 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., during that time, we will hold a luncheon as well as Member Appreciation Cocktails in the exhibit hall. On October 30 the hall will be open from 10:30 - 1:30 p.m. with a luncheon held at noon.
