It's Easy to Reserve Your Display Space for TLPA's Trade Show

The Exhibitor Prospectus includes: specifications & fees, the floor plan, the exhibit rental agreement, the contract to exhibit and a list of recent exhibitors. To contract to exhibit, simply fax the exhibit contract and make full payment on a credit card or you may mail the contract to us with a check drawn on a U.S. bank. Don't forget to email your 15-word caption to dlagasse@tlpa.org when you contract to exhibit! Remember, you cannot reserve a space without returning a signed contract with full payment.

Events in the Exhibit Hall

The Trade Show will be held in the Forum Ballroom of Caesars Palace. To make the most of the show, the TLPA offers 11 hours of non-compete exhibit hall open hours. The Grand Opening Reception will take place in the exhibit hall on Sunday, October 4, from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday, October 5 the hall will be open from 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. During that time, we will hold a luncheon as well as Member Appreciation Cocktails in the exhibit hall. On Tuesday, October 6 the hall will be open from 10:30 – 2:00 p.m. with a luncheon held at noon.
