Convention headquarters will be the opulent Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. Room rates are:
$145.00 Run of House (single or double)
$185.00 Forum Tower (single or double)
$205.00 Palace Tower (single or double)
$250.00 Palace Tower Petite King (single or double)
Extra persons charged at $30 per night, maximum three guests per guestroom.

Note, Caesars Palace does not guarantee room types. The Palace Tower is the tower where the meeting space is located and the Forum Tower is the latest tower to be renovated.
The cut-off date for accepting guestroom reservations is August 25, 2009 or until our room block is sold out.

Vendor hospitality suites need to be approved by the TLPA prior to booking.
Individual cancellations received up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received within seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and 'No Shows' will be charged one night's room and tax. Rooms cancelled due to emergency will be fully refundable.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) and 5:00 PM (Friday - Sunday). Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge. Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest 21 years of age or older.
