TLPA Exhibitor Great Rewards

Exhibit contracts received before August 10, 2007 qualify for all of the Great Rewards outlined below; exhibit contracts received after August 11 only qualify for rewards 5-9:

1. Free 15-word caption in the Fall issue of the Transportation Leader magazine, which is mailed to 5,000 transportation fleet operators.

2. Free company listing in the convention program that is distributed to all convention attendees.

3. Free exhibitor registrations, 2 free with all displays except a 30' x 30' display that receives 3 free exhibitor registrations.

4. Free company listing in convention promotions.

5. Free Excel post convention attendee list three weeks after the show and an Excel pre-show attendee list two weeks prior to the show for $50.

6. A Member Appreciation Reception to thank you, our Associate Members, for your support.

7. Early reservation for hotel room block and hospitality suites.

8. Exclusive use of convention logo for your pre-conference promotions. (Note: Not to be used to indicate TLPA endorsement of your product or service.)

9. Exhibitor Services Staff to make sure your convention experience is a positive one.
