TLPA Exhibit Deadlines
- Exhibit Contracts are due in by August 10 2007 to qualify for all exhibitor Great Rewards.
- Exhibit Contracts received August 11 - September 14, 2007 qualify for remaining Great Rewards.
TLPA Registration Fees
- Early Exhibitor Registration Fees (for additional exhibit personnel) received in the TLPA office before August 31, 2007 are $270.
- Regular Exhibitor Registration Fees received in the TLPA office September 1 - September 21, 2007 are $295.
- Late Exhibitor Registration Fees received in the TLPA office after September 22 are $315.
TLPA Registration Cancellation Policy
- Substitute attendees from the same company are welcome anytime.
- 90% refund of registration fee if requested in writing in the TLPA office by September 3, 2007.
- 50% refund of registration fee if requested in writing in the TLPA office by September 27, 2007.
- No refunds will be made after September 27, except for a documented medical emergency that is received at the TLPA office by December 3, 2007.
Hotel & Decorator Deadlines
- TLPA's Room Block Expires on Monday, September 5, 2007 (or whenever our room block sells out).
- Dates for Banner Orders to be received at Brede, the official decorator — September 25, 2007.
- Dates for Early Discounted Decorator Fees — September 25, 2007 and earlier.
- Dates for Standard Pricing Decorator Fees — between 9/25/07 – 10/2/07.
- Dates for Late Pricing Decorator Fees — October 3, 2007 and later.
