Paratransit Operations Manager StrataGen
SCR is the leading provider of paratransit services in Chicago region. We are looking for a leader for the part of our operation that provides non emergency medical transportation, special needs school van services and private trip service. We use StrataGen Adept software to schedule and manage these services and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in using that software suite, preferably in an environment with multiple service sponsors. We have recently expanded this department and the Operations Manager will be expected to select and train dispatchers on the effective use of StrataGen Adept to provide high quality, productive paratransit services. They will also need to document significant experience in dealing with driver supervision and motivation.
